Please note that the garage is not available but the garage front driveway, and side driveway, is a free that can accommodate 6–8 cars, depending on vehicle size. Kindly note, no street parking.

- No parties. (If there is suspicion or report of a Party, you will be asked to leave immediately.)
- No smoking inside the home of any kind. (You will be charged $499 for the ozone cleaning service.)
- No littering in any yard. (If reported or got caught, you will be charged $99)

***Accurate guest count is required by our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 8 people staying overnight and 4 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 12 people.
