- Bedroom 4: One Queen Bed with Ensuite Full Bathroom (Bathroom 3)
- Bedroom 5: One Twin Bunkbed and One Twin Over Full Bunkbed
- Additional Full Bathroom (Bathroom 4) in the Hallway and also Ensuite to Bedroom 2

Basement:
- Bedroom 6: Two Queen Beds
- Additional Full Bathroom (Bathroom 5) in Hallway

Studio Apartment:
- Bedroom 7: Two Queen Beds with Ensuite Full Bathroom (Bathroom 6)

Guests will be able to access the entire house including the mother in law suite

- No parties. (If there is suspicion or report of a Party, you will be asked to leave immediately.)
- No smoking inside the home of any kind. (You will be charged $499 for the ozone cleaning service.)
- No littering in any yard. (If reported or got caught, you will be charged $99)
